- Just-Ene offers you a menu of more than 130 materials of the best quality from Spain and Italy. Within our menu we have top quality finishes in nappa leather, suede, patent leather, silk, genuine python skin and high-quality Italian hair. You can check our list of materials here

- ◄HOW DO I CHOOSE THE SIZE OF MY JUST-ENE?
- We are aware of the problem of having a shoe that does not fit you, and that is why we want your shoes to fit perfectly. We focus our efforts on sizes following market standards. You can select the size you usually wear. For the purchase of certain models, it is possible that once you have made your purchase, the Just-Ene customer service department will contact you to quickly and easily check the size of your Just-Ene. - ◄HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY JUST-ENE?
- Whether you like the proposals of our Creative Team or if you want to give them your personal touch, your Just-Ene are made entirely by hand, one by one and especially for you, which is why you will receive your Just-Ene in the address that you have indicated to us within a period of between 4 and 6 weeks from the moment you formalize your order.
- ◄WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MY JUST-ENES FOR A SPECIAL EVENT AND I WANT TO RECEIVE THEM EARLY?

- Before, we had a 3D configurator on our website, but we realized that we could not include designs and materials at the speed that our minds create. We are also aware that it is difficult to differentiate between 4 shades of pink on suede (for example). And since we want to give you the best service and we believe that each one of you deserves the best of us, we have decided to personalize our shoes in person or by email. All you have to do is visit us at our store in Madrid or write to us at style@just-ene.com and we'll tell you how to start the process.
