HANDCRAFTED CREATION, UNBEATABLE QUALITY
Our way of working is not mass production. This would be contradictory, since nothing unique and personal can come out of an automatic production! Our work is completely handcrafted.
In fact, we are the only custom shoe brand in Spain that has its own factory! Our factory is located in Elda, Alicanteand is made up of master craftsmen, experts in the creation of shoes and with extensive experience in the sector.
Our personalized shoes go through a manufacturing time that is usually between 6 and 8 weeks. And is not for less! Normally, for the creation of a single pair of shoes, the work of 15 people is needed, from the choice of the last to the delivery of the shoes at the door of your house.
Next, we explain the phases of creating our shoes:
- Choice of last.
- Designof the shoe on the last.
- Making patterns.
- Assembling the pattern on the last.
- Creation of the solesand heels.
- Adjustment of the internal reinforcements.
- Creation of the logo for the soles and the zipper puller.
- Inclusion and adjustment of ornaments.
All this, added to the cut of the leather, its sewingand assemblyinto the shoe, nailedof the heeland the gluing of the sole.
