All purchases made at JUST-ENE are subject to the general conditions of sale contained in this document (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions"). These General Conditions are the only ones applicable between JUST-ENE and its clients, and replace any other pre-existing one. JUST-ENE could periodically update some of the provisions contained in the General Conditions, so it is recommended to read them when accessing the website www.just-ene.com, as they contain important information about the order, processing , fulfillment and delivery of the products purchased. The updates that can be made will be opposable from the moment of their publication on the mentioned website.



The purchases you make through the website are governed by the general conditions that apply on the date the order is placed. When validating your order, you will be asked to accept, without reservation, our General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, by clicking on the box "I have read and accept the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy". Likewise, by accessing the web, you agree to respect the General Conditions. In case of total or partial disagreement with these General Conditions, you will not be able to purchase products from this website.

I. Buy on the JUST-ENE website

Our customers can access the sale of JUST-ENE products through the following website:

To buy on the JUST-ENE website, you must be over 18 years of age (in those countries where the regulation requires a higher age, the local regulations will apply) and unreservedly accept these General Conditions .

Customers who wish to purchase products through the JUST-ENE website must:

A) Register as a user on the website, for which you must provide JUST-ENE with your first and last name, your email address, and choose a username and password to create your user account. Alternatively, you can also log in with your usual username and password via Facebook, by clicking the “Connect with Facebook” button. By clicking on this button, JUST-ENE will request authorization to access your public profile and list of friends on the social network Facebook.

By creating a user account at JUST-ENE, the client authorizes us to send administrative emails and promotional emails, according to the following definitions:

  1. "Administrative Emails": Includes details of account activity and the purchase the customer made
  2. "Promotional Emails" consists of information about products, new offers and promotions and any other commercial information about JUST-ENE. By virtue of the provisions of article 96 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the client in each promotional email that JUST-ENE sends, of its commercial nature as well as that the client receives said electronic communication for being the holder of a user account on the JUST-ENE website.

    Likewise, in compliance with article 30.2 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, the client can opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time simply by clicking clicking on the link at the end of our emails and following the instructions indicated, or by sending an email to info@just-ene.com, expressly indicating that you want to stop receiving promotional emails from JUST- JAN.

B) Initiate a process of selection and customization of the products, by clicking on the "Design" button, selecting those elements, materials and/or characteristics that you wish to integrate into the final product. Likewise, you can indicate if you have any Discount Code that may be applicable. The website will inform you of the price of the product based on the selected elements, materials and/or characteristics, breaking down the different concepts that make up the Final Price so that you always have all the necessary information before validating your order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JUST-ENE warns its clients that certain materials may have a surcharge that will be indicated on the website in due time. Similarly, the amount of shipping costs and applicable indirect taxes, duties and other surcharges will vary depending on the country of destination of the order placed, which will be indicated on the website.

C) Once you are satisfied with the design of the product, you must add it to the shopping cart. For orders of more than 2 pairs of shoes, Just-Ene may contact the customer to confirm the purchase, reserving the right not to serve more than this quantity in a single order.

D) To process the order you must:

  1. Check the box “I have read and accept the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy”, after having carefully read them, which you can access through the respective links, and click on “Buy”.
  2. Fill in the shipping information where you want to receive the product.
  3. Select the payment method (credit card, debit card or PayPal). You will have to fill in the necessary information to make the payment, and you will be redirected to the website of your bank or to the PayPal website. Once these procedures have been formalized, you will be redirected to the JUST-ENE website to receive the Confirmation of your Order.

E) Confirm the purchase

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email, as well as an identification key for the order.JUST-ENE expressly reserves the right not to accept the order or to cancel it, even after its confirmation, especially:

  • When any of the elements that make up the order is not available
  • The billing and/or shipping information for the product is not correct or cannot be verified

JUST-ENE may send the client an insole so that, depending on the requested shoe model, the client can verify that the size is adequate.
JUST-ENE may verify the data you have provided us in case of suspicion of fraud or that the person who processed the order does not meet the age required for it.

In these cases, an email will be sent informing you of this circumstance, and the client will be reimbursed for all amounts that have been paid to JUST-ENE using the same means that the client has used for payment, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days.

II. Prices

All the prices shown are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or the indirect tax that is applicable to the operation, at the current general rate. When placing your order, you will be able to see a breakdown of the amount corresponding to the applicable tax.

The applicable shipping costs will be the following:

  • Spain: €10
  • Rest of Europe: 45EUR
  • Rest of the World: 75EUR

The final price that appears when placing your order, on the screen called "Basket" includes taxes and shipping costs, the amounts of which are conveniently broken down. They do not include fees, taxes and customs duties that may correspond and that, where appropriate, you must assume yourself as a JUST-ENE client.

JUST-ENE may periodically update the prices of its products, which will be duly published on its website. This update will not affect the current rates that we have indicated to you when confirming a firm order.

III. Form of payment

Purchases can be paid by credit card, debit card (through the Banco Sabadell or Paymill payment platform) or through Paypal (www.paypal.com).

For payment by credit or debit card, the following information will be required: full card number, name of the holder (as stated on the card), the expiration date of the card and the CVC code, (The 3 digits that are on the back of the card, except for American Express, which are 4 digits and are in front.) We remind you that this information will be strictly confidential and will be used exclusively for payment processing. JUST-ENE cannot guarantee the complete security of information or payments, nor is it responsible for damages, direct or indirect, derived from the use of electronic means of communication, for example, damages due to failures or delays in communications, interception or manipulation that a third party can carry out through computer programs.

The amount of the order will be charged to the card account or your Paypal account at the time of purchase.

Credit card fraud is a crime. JUST-ENE reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out fraudulent transactions on the JUST-ENE website.

IV.Delivery of the order

Deliveries are made on working days at the place of destination. Deliveries will only be accepted to private homes or offices located in any of the countries in which JUST-ENE operates. Deliveries will not be made to post office boxes.

JUST-ENE only delivers personalized products and upon request, so we need a reasonable time to manufacture your order and, after passing our quality control, it is delivered to your home. JUST-ENE undertakes to deliver your order within the following periods:

  1. Shipments to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA):
  2. Ordinary Shipping (“Standard”): between four (4) and six (6) weeks.
  3. Shipping to other countries in the world:

The delivery times indicated for Europe could be affected for reasons beyond the control of the company. JUST-ENE is not responsible for the delay in delivery, caused, in particular, by any customs withholdings. In any case, the client must assume the customs fees and duties corresponding to any shipment outside the territory of the European Union (EU) and/or the European Economic Area (EEA).
We reserve the right to divide the delivery of the order. The fractioning of the shipment by JUST-ENE will not entail any additional cost.

Shipping verification When you receive the shipment, you should check the state of the packaging at the time of delivery. If the products have arrived damaged, do not accept the shipment and indicate to the carrier the reason for non-acceptance of the same.

If the shipment has not been rejected within 10 days of delivery, it will be deemed to have arrived in perfect condition and to have been accepted by you.

V. JUST-ENE Product Design

JUST-ENE products are designed so that you can fully customize them, through a combination of materials, colors and decorations, accessories, etc. The products you design could infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or contain text that is inappropriate or that JUST-ENE does not want to be displayed on its products. For this reason, JUST-ENE may reject a product design, in which case, we will send you an email notification.

The design of the products must be made by the client who, in any case, guarantees that he has the authorization to use a specific design that another person has created. The user is solely responsible for the design of the products. JUST-ENE reserves the right to reject the design, in which case, we will send you a notification by email and in no case is it responsible for what users of the JUST-ENE website do.

The designs made through the JUST-ENE website that may have some type of intellectual property rights are transferred directly to JUST-ENE or, secondarily, it will be granted an exclusive, total, free license and with indefinitely for the use of your design, including, without limitation, its copies, edition, modification, public exhibition, reproduction by any means, distribution and granting of sub-licenses, at the will of JUST-ENE.

The user waives any type of claim against JUST-ENE or third parties for the use of a design similar to the one made by the user.

VI.Product warranty

The repair and replacement, at the customer's choice (unless one of the two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate) will be adjusted to the following rules, in accordance with the provisions of articles 119 et seq. of the current Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

The colors may vary depending on the characteristics and configurations of the screen from where the JUST-ENE website is accessed, type of printing, etc. It is important to keep in mind that, within a certain range, color variations are not considered manufacturing defects, even depending on the type of materials used. These small variations or perceptions do not imply a lack of conformity of our products.

VII. Cancellation of an order

JUST-ENE allows you to interrupt an order as long as no more than 48 hours have elapsed since it was placed. During this period we allow you to modify any of the elements of the design of your shoes. After that period, the order cannot be canceled, so you would have to wait for the return of the order after receipt.

To proceed with the cancellation of an order, you must send an email to help@just-ene.com indicating the manufacture of which pair of shoes you want to cancel, and JUST-ENE will proceed to immediately interrupt the manufacture of the shoes. The refund of the money will be made within a maximum period of one week, from the cancellation of the order, through the same means by which the payment was made.

You should know that any change you intend to make to the design of your shoes once they have been received has an associated cost, as long as it is not due to a manufacturing or quality defect attributable to JUST- JAN.

VIII. Return of an order

JUST-ENE will allow the return of the shoes you have purchased, provided that the following requirements are met (if any of these points are not met, JUST-ENE may refuse said return):

  1. That the return be made within 7 days from receipt of the footwear.
  2. That the communication, approval and logistics delivery procedure established by JUST-ENE be faithfully followed.
  3. That the shoes have not been worn or damaged in any way.
  4. That the shoes be returned in perfect condition in the original box.

Once it has been verified that the pair of shoes is in perfect condition, JUST-ENE will proceed to refund 100% of the price paid for them within 3-5 business days. Otherwise, JUST-ENE will notify you of the rejection of the return and will return the order, the cost of which would be assumed by the customer, to the original delivery address. The customer must pay for the full transport of an order whose return has been rejected, having the obligation to pay that cost and receive the order back.Otherwise, it will be understood that you do not wish to dispose of your shoes and you assign your property to JUST-ENE free of charge, which may destroy them or transmit them to a third party

The refund of the price will be made by the same means in which the order was paid.



How can I return my order?

If you want to return your order, you must contact JUST-ENE through the email address: info@just-ene.com, indicating your name, the identification number of your order, which It will appear on the delivery note and a brief description of the reason for the return:

  • If the place of delivery of the shoe is Spain or any Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA): Once JUST-ENE receives your return request, we will send you an email with the instructions that you must follow so that our Logistics provider goes through the address that you indicate, to pick up the shoes. Remember that the return has no cost for our customers, as long as the shoes have a quality or manufacturing defect, attributable to JUST-ENE. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return costs.
  • If the place of shipment of the shoe is the rest of the world: Upon receiving your return request, we will send you an email with the delivery instructions. Once JUST-ENE receives your return request, we will send you an email with the instructions you must follow so that our Logistics provider goes through the address you indicate, to pick up the shoes. Remember that in Europe, the return has no cost for our customers, as long as the shoes have a quality or manufacturing defect, attributable to JUST-ENE. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return costs.



Limitations to the right of return:

In accordance with the provisions of article 102 in relation to article 103 c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the contracts signed by JUST-ENE with its clients, since they are contracts for the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, which they are excepted from the right of withdrawal.


The advantageous conditions of the right of return granted by JUST-ENE will not apply to orders that may exceed a maximum of 2 pairs per order (except in the first order where the right of return guaranteed, will only correspond to a pair of shoes). Once the order has been approved, you should know that, in relation to the third pair and following ones (second pair and following ones, if it is your first order), you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the price of the shoes you return. From the fourth return of an order (this one included), the user loses the right of return.


Gift vouchers are not subject to returns.
