ZARA SEEKS INSPIRATION IN OUR SHOES

The Zara brand of the large textile group Inditex, seeks sources of inspiration innew brands.
On this occasion, Zara performs a "low-cost" interpretation " of our Brownie design.
However, a drastic price drop always tends to bring with it a cost reduction in the quality of the materials as well as in the finishes.
The manufacture of Brownie is 100% handmade and Spanish (Elda) and is made 100% leather, combining luxury materials such as genuine python skin with patent leather. The low cost version tries to replicate this material in polyurethane combining it with suede.
The soles are also the object of trimming, which go from being a 100% gold-laminated leather sole to being a black rubber sole.
